I didn’t grow up in a digital agency;  I grew through the front lines of traditional sales .  For over a decade, I’ve led teams and opened new markets, selling high-value solutions in industries where trust and technical authority are the only currencies that matter.  

I’ve managed the 18-month cycles, felt the 12-hour-a-week sales drain, and lived the "growth fog"  

When COVID took hold the sales landscape shifted, I saw a widening gap between how sophisticated buyers make decisions and how technical firms communicate . To bridge that gap, I combined my commercial experience with my academic roots in Digital Communications.  I built a system grounded in the reality of how people actually build trust online—moving beyond "lead gen" fluff to create bankable revenue.
